Pizza to the nth degree

I made 6 kinds of pizza for the WiLS holiday extravaganza:

  1. deep dish sausage
  2. roasted butternut squash, caramelized onions & goat cheese
  3. Southwest - chicken, bbq sauce, roasted poblanos, cheddar cheese, and cilantro sprinkled over after baking
  4. roasted broccoli, purple onions, bleu cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella on ww crust
  5. mushroom with fresh garlic on ww crust
  6. pepperoni, artichoke hearts, tomato sauce and hunks of tomato
I still have a giant bag of grated mozzarella, some sliced mushrooms, broccoli, sausage, and pepperoni, so guess what we're having tonight? <grin>

There's squash, too, but I am going to make it into a grain dish based on one of Heidi's - I am going to try using some Israeli couscous & lentils in place of the farro, and parsley instead of fresh thyme, and I got some delicious honey vinegar and incredible walnut oil at this new store in town, Vom Fass.
