Turkey-free

We hit an important post-Thanksgiving-holiday milestone about an hour ago - as Al consumed the last of the turkey hash, our house became turkey-free (not counting about 8 quarts of turkey broth in the downstairs fridge, waiting to have the fat skimmed off, and be frozen, and 7 1/2 turkey enchiladas w/green sauce in the upstairs fridge, waiting to be either consumed or frozen).

So a successful Thanksgiving, where we were well-fed but not stuffed.
