Peanut noodles, memorial day, and Bob fest

Last night I made about my favorite Asian peanut noodles, and I have been on a many year quest for the perfect recipe. I will post the recipe tomorrow - it was partly from Cook's Illustrated, and partly from Deborah's Madison's "Vegetarian Cooking For Everyone" - you know, the book with the rdiculous tag line "The 1,400 (italics mine) recipes in this book are those that I like to cook ..." excuse me - 1,400? but there are good recipes in there depite this odd bit of author bravado.

I went to BobFest today, and stood out in the 91 degree weather listening to all types of Bob Dylan covers - so I have a headache, and am about at my limit for typing. More in the a.m.
