Waffles for dinner


We had waffles for dinner - I made the batter to have John's sourdough waffles on Sunday morning, but then things did not work out that way. So I just let the batter sit until tonight, and they were one of the best batches ever - very crispy and light - I guess letting the sourdough work the extra overnight was a good thing.
