Menu for the first School Woods Supper Club dinner

  • Mixed green salad with chevre, pears, and balsamic vinaigrette
  • Roasted vegetable lasagne, a la Marcella Hazan
  • Green beans with onions, tomatoes & dill
  • Rosemary-parmesan focaccia & whole wheat schiacciata (another type of flat bread)
  • Stone fruit (plums, peaches, etc.) galettes with cinnamon ice cream
We will be serving Apple cider and water to accompany the meal - please feel free to use this menu to create your own wine pairings - we will provide glasses.
